Kumar is a Co-founder and CEO of KeepTen, where he sets the strategic product roadmap and leads the executive team in scaling the platform's core operations. Before that, he spent 20 years across software, manufacturing, and consulting at organizations like Qualtrics, McKinsey, Worthington and KPMG, mastering the operational rigor required to turn fragmented, manual workflows into high-efficiency systems. The problem is personal: as an operator of both short-term and long-term rentals, he once had to divert his focus while on an important trip to Berkeley to manage a cross-country sewer emergency, realizing firsthand that property management needs a decision-making agent, not just a dispatch service. An Ohio Wesleyan graduate with an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah and an MBA from The Ohio State University, he builds KeepTen on a simple conviction: technology should give landlords the freedom to be owners rather than operators.

Justin is the Co-founder and CRO of KeepTen, responsible for how Keeper reaches, wins, and keeps small self-managing landlords. Before that came 15 years in enterprise service delivery: coaching ten development teams on a 500-person Agile program at Accenture, then a decade at Qualtrics running professional services teams in Seattle and Mexico City with a standing mandate to find margin in every engagement. Fifteen years, in other words, of making sure promises get kept. The problem is personal, too. Justin self-manages a Seattle rental where issues are rare and arrive precisely when they shouldn't, and he has run the math on handing a property manager a cut of rent to fix that: it doesn't pencil. A University of Wisconsin-Madison engineer by training, he grew KeepTen from a conviction that landlords stop shopping for software the moment someone reliably takes the 10pm text off their phone.

Pooja is a Co-founder and CTO of KeepTen, where she builds the AI agents that run property maintenance end to end: triage, vendor coordination, and follow-through. As an engineer, she spent 16 years at Google in engineering and engineering-leadership roles including five years in Web Search infrastructure, then more than a decade in Google Cloud leading teams across compute infrastructure, billing, and security. Pooja focused on building large-scale systems where reliability wasn't a feature but a promise, the discipline she now applies to something as unglamorous and essential as a leaking water heater at midnight. She is also KeepTen's own target customer: the owner of multifamily properties and has personally lived on the other side of the industry's 8-to-12-percent management fee: the slow vendor callbacks, the forwarded emails, the coordination that money was supposed to buy. Pooja holds an M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, and builds KeepTen on a simple conviction: the tenant experience is a landlord's best asset.
